Who we are

This website belongs to MB Wall & Floor Tiling Services. We're responsible for any details you send us through it. To ask anything about your details, send us a message through the contact page or call 07525 794 109.

What we collect and why

If you use the enquiry form, we get the details you type in: your name and phone number, and your email, town or postcode, the job you need and your message if you add them. We use them only to reply to you and to quote for or carry out the work you've asked about. We never sell them or use them for marketing.

The form is sent to us by email through our website host, Cloudflare. It isn't stored on the website itself. To stop spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks the form is being sent by a person. It doesn't use tracking cookies.

How long we keep them

Only as long as we need to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows, plus anything we have to keep by law, such as invoices for tax.

Cookies

We use Google Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages they read. Its cookies are only set if you choose Accept on the cookie banner. You can change your mind any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them or ask us to delete them. Get in touch and we'll sort it. If you're not happy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
